The forthcoming Budget will lay their intentions bare. George the Chancellor will have his slimy hands in our pockets to pay for Europe and HS2.
Don't take on a mortgage you can't afford just because there's a sweetener to get you signed up. Other countries are happy with a higher level of rented property.
